The main responsibilities will include:
- Establishing the requirements of each project with regard to scope of services, organisations, job specific procedures and planning & scheduling requirements in conjunction with the assigned project planning engineer.
-Regularly reviewing the planning and scheduling of work on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced and completed
-Working closely with project management regarding scheduling activities and where necessary lead and facilitate interactive planning sessions
-You will be required to interface with other disciplines within a matrix management structure to ensure that the highest level of service is provided to the client’s delight. |
