Deloitte and ECP

The complementary expertise of Deloitte France and ECP/ORYA prompted the two consulting companies to announce a partnership aimed at helping their clients manage their projects more effectively.

As part of its Risk Advisory operations, Deloitte has developed a predictive analysis tool for projects (PPA – Predictive Projects Analytics). Using an international database of several thousand projects, the PPA tool highlights a project’s factors of complexity and the principal inherent risks based on 172 characteristics. Predictive analysis is then carried out by establishing the statistical correlations between the project under consideration and the database: this identifies the most sensitive points that could jeopardize the project’s success.

An entire portfolio of projects can also be assessed using this approach.
