ECP, thanks to their employees’ work, have become a reference partner in Project Management in France and abroad. With this recognition, ECP shall now tackle a new challenge: the change of their governance while improving their profitability in a difficult economic environment.

To achieve this challenge, ECP shall, in 2012:

• focus their efforts to develop the business around six strategic axes: expertise, export, integrated services, new solutions, operational assistance and customer diversification;

• develop and improve their organisation and their integrated management system in order to :

◊ have a structure in line with the strategic objectives defined to allow the change of governance;
◊ take into consideration the human factor in the development of this structure;
◊ implement and make more reliable methods and reporting tools;
◊ take into consideration the human factor in the development of this structure;
◊ maintain and obtain the necessary certifications to not jeopardise the business development (ISO 9001, CEFRI, CAEAR, EDF / UTO, etc.);
◊ improve the internal communication between functional entities (DOP, DT, DAF, etc.), but also between different geographical entities (Paris-La Défense, Aix-en-Provence, etc.);
◊ optimize HSE performances, including maintaining as low as reasonably achievable the exposure to radiations of the consultants;

• Further improve the customers satisfaction by taking more benefits of the available records (e.g.: clients feedback or claim);

• Maintain ECP’s knowhow by retaining and satisfying the employees;

• Develop their culture of the performance.

To achieve these objectives and therefore tackle this challenge, I am personally committed to make the necessary resources available.

In this context and to support myself, a QHSE Manager, a Designated Officer and a Competent Person in Radioprotection have been appointed. These persons have the full authority to check the implementation of the integrated management system, to implement necessary actions to ensure its continuous improvement and to develop a culture of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, radiation protection and nuclear safety within ECP.

To make this change of governance possible and to improve our profitability at the same time, everybody’s mobilisation will be a necessity. I therefore rely on all ECP’s employees to demonstrate their ability to tackle such a type of challenges.
